There are multiple hardware revisions of IP boards, each with version specific firmware. Please use the descriptions and diagrams below to identify your revision.
Before downloading the firmware, please find out what hardware revision your IP board has.
To do this you should logon to the Smart IP (Phantom MX IP or Smart 16 IP). Select the Maintenance page and note the hardware revision, firmware version and firmware build of the unit.
