Q: While projecting or watching a screen, instead of the actual screen, a black screen appears.
A: 1) Make sure that there is no Firewall or Firewall clone that is blocking the TCP/IP communication, if there is you need to disable the Firewall, or at least open the port that AristoClass is using. 2) When projecting the teacher screen try to send a screen by disabling or enabling broadcasting... To do this, go to Teacher TOOLS=>OPTION=>Network TAB => Uncheck "Enable Broadcast." 3) When watching a student you must use a valid TCP/IP address. Ensure that there are no duplicated IP addresses or Machine names in the network, and that you use a Valid DNS and Gateway address. 4) Make sure that in the Control Panel => TCP/IP settings there are no duplicated drivers installed, if there are you need to remove the unused ones.

Q: Sometimes the screen transfer freezes.
A: It maybe that another application is preventing AristoClass from transmitting data. If the system is busy, close the application that causes the system to hang. Do not switch to a full DOS Screen, AristoClass will not transfer a full DOS screen, but it will transfer a Windows DOS screen. If AristoClass has lost the connection to the student it will revive the connection automatically. You just need to wait for the reconnection.
