Download Smart CAT5 Switch Update software version 3.1 for performing flash upgrade to Smart CAT5 Switch, RICC and RoC units.
Starting from version 3.0, Smart CAT5 Switch Update software supports firmware packages. Firmware package is the special file containing latest firmware for all Smart CAT5 Switch models and all variations of RICC and RoC devices. Firmware package has file extension *.min and it automatically selects the correct firmware for Smart CAT5 Switch, RICC or RoC. Device upgrading using the *.hex files is still possible.
Note! Starting from version 3.0 of the Smart CAT5 Switch Update software the firmware file names has been changed. Please download the firmware files from the links below.

Smart CAT5 Switch Firmware
- Firmware for Smart CAT5 Switch.
There are multiple hardware versions of Smart CAT5 Switch units, each with version specific firmware. Please use the descriptions and diagrams below to identify your version.
To identify the hardware version of the Smart CAT5 Switch, run the Smart CAT5 Switch Update software, select the Smart CAT5 Switch Manager and press H/W Version button.
Note the hardware ID of the Smart CAT5 Switch Manager unit.
Click on Firmware Version number to download the firmware files. The downloaded file archived in zip format. Unzip it to temporary folder. You will see two files - one for the Smart CAT5 Switch OSD and another for the Smart CAT5 Switch Manager. First upgrade the OSD and then upgrade the Manager. Please refer to user guide or software on-line help for more information on upgrading the Smart CAT5 Switch units.

RoC Firmware
There are multiple hardware revisions of RoC PS/2 and RoC USB units, each with revision specific firmware. To identify the hardware revision of the RoC, run the Smart CAT5 Switch Update software, select the port number where the RoC is connected and press H/W Version button.
Note the hardware ID of the unit and download the firmware with the same hardware ID.
