Additional KVM Switches support for Smart IP Access and IP Control

Where your KVM switch type and model is not listed in the Manufacturer/Model drop-down lists of Smart IP Access or IP Control, download the Switch Definition File for your KVM Switch Model below.
If your KVM switch type and model is not listed in the list below, contact Minicom Technical Support department to request an updated Switch Definition File with the desired KVM switch. Please provide the user guide of your KVM switch.
Please refer to Smart IP Access and IP Control user guides for explanation how to install Switch Definition Files to Smart IP Access and IP Control devices.
Unzip downloaded file before importing the SDF (with .rpc extension) to IP Device.
